Customized design SUP MOQ 10pcs is correct, it's the minimum quantity for customized design order for 1 design. Factory can easily make and send soon.
But when you place a order 200pcs, 20 designs, each design 10pcs, no doubt that is a nightmare for all factories.
Why?
Let us come into production view, you will understand: what 20 different designs means:
For designer, it means 20 different production drawings need to draw. Inclduing Frame line, Production planning list, Printing drawing, Final effect drawing and so on.
For follow order person, it means each design PVC and EVA color, print color/pattern need confirim one by one. It means need help workers to distinguish different color PVC and EVA to make sure no mistalke adhesiving.
For workers, it means confused, don't know which PVC/EVA adhesive on which design, means income reduce, because they are piecework salary, it will cost more time and energy.
For print supplier, It means need to distinguish different size, color, pattern print on diferent design, make sure nothing wrong, or they have to paid for their mistake.
For EVA supplier, It means need to find different raw EVA color on warehouse and make them 1 design after 1 design. 10pcs after 10pcs. Especially different EVA design have different texture.
These paddle boards borned on a troubled situation, does not as smooth as other SUP making. So they have bigger risk appearing production mistake.
As factory, we suggest all customer: when you place a order, try best at least MOQ 25-30pcs/each design/each size, it will be very helpful for fatcory production.
